BAR:  Bar duty commences at 9:30am (back shutter only). One person is required at all times. Collect keys and float from the office. Stocktake sheets to be done at start of the day and signed by rostered person. Bar closing time is at 6:00pm (except when night games are on). A stocktake is to be done, then money is to be taken into the office and signed by rostered office person. 

 FUNDRAISING:  Clubs are responsible for their own fundraising. Areas allocated for fundraising are at both inside areas of the entrance gates (from 7:30am), the bar and around the complex. Remember this is your day to obtain funds if you work the complex properly. Some Clubs have expressed desire to donate their fundraising day to the representative teams. Please advise the Football Office accordingly. Should the Club not be able to perform any of the above duties, please contact the Football Office at least 2 weeks prior to game day. 

OFFICE DUTY:  Please note the times as above. ONE person only from each Club is required. Duty is to hand out team sheets, collect team sheets and record results on draw sheet provided. Dressing room keys handed out are to be noted in book (time, person & team name). Also note when key is returned. No spare keys are provided. Any office queries can be written in the game day book for staff action during the week. Thank you.
