WET WEATHER POLICY

The decision to move the competition to an alternative ground or to cancel the day’s play will be made by Football Queensland in conjunction with the Event Manager and the referee’s co-ordinator.  In the situation of a disagreement as to the use of fields, the referee shall be the final arbiter. 

If the State Event is not completed because of wet weather, completion of more than 50% of the scheduled games constitutes a valid State Event. 

In the case of wet weather, those teams unable to complete their games shall be awarded one (1) point (as in a drawn game) provided that an alternative playing venue cannot be found.
